Construction Handover files drawings and warranties in. Unit Acceptance walks the unit and writes failures out — to the GC’s Procore punch list when the property is linked. Accept hands keys to operations.
Two doors start the walk — the units list, or the handover workspace. One tap creates it. No interstitial. A renovated unit on a stabilized property is walkable on purpose.
Door A lives on the property units list. Door B is the handover workspace section labeled Unit acceptance. Same launch. The form cannot nest inside a row link — that’s why the chip sits beside Continue walk / Start acceptance walk.
Heading: Punch items with the GC. Status vocabulary is closed: pending (Queued), sent, failed (Retrying), skipped (No punch line). Nothing here needs your attention unless a row failed — then Retry now. Each row carries its FixGrid reference so the GC’s list and this walk agree.
Copy on the bar: Accepting hands the unit to operations — keys, owner access, and the asset records captured on this walk. The stamp quotes the closing rule: units shall be complete, punched out and move-in ready.
Tier: Shipped invoiced module, priced per ask — not a published Starter/Pro matrix row. SU opt-in, default off. Construction Handover remains the Professional document layer.
Start from units or handover, mark an Action, Finish — then open Punch items with the GC. Accept is the stamp, not a spreadsheet.
