What is Grid Apogee?
Grid Apogee is FixGrid's regulated-systems compliance layer. It holds every regulated asset, the test-and-inspection cadence that asset is held to, its next-due date, and its status — so compliance is the system's job, not a spreadsheet in one person's head.
Which regulated systems does it track?
Backflow preventers, fire pumps, emergency generators, fire alarm panels (FACP), boilers, and elevators — among others. Each carries the cadence drawn from its governing standard (for example, NFPA 25 for fire pumps), its next-due date, and its completion record, with full test logs for systems like fire pumps, generators and backflow.
Does it create a work order when a test is due?
Yes. Ahead of a regulated test's due date, Apogee opens a service ticket linked to the right log form. When the tech files the result from that ticket, it lands on the record — the deadline raises its own hand instead of waiting to be noticed.
Is the compliance log tamper-proof?
No — and we won't claim otherwise. The compliance log is attributed and timestamped: every entry names who, what, when, and which asset, all in one system of record. Most log entries can't be edited in the app once filed; follow-ups are added as new entries or attached reports. It's an honest, auditable history, not a sealed ledger.
Does Grid Apogee help with HUD NSPIRE inspections?
Yes, through NSPIRE Readiness, a FixGrid module available on request and built on the preventive-maintenance engine. For HUD-financed and affordable-housing properties, the recurring maintenance rounds you already run become year-round NSPIRE prep, and deficiencies fire work orders on the HUD correction clock.
