Per property. A vendor can be compliant at one community and expiring or noncompliant at another. The compliance dashboard pivots by property and by COI expiry window (30 / 60 / 90 days).
Does Grid Auriga include a vendor portal?
Yes. Vendors sign in with a passwordless magic link. They can upload COIs, view opportunities, and participate in RFPs from a dedicated portal realm — separate from staff sessions.
