Yes. FixGrid Parts & Inventory is a full inventory module — a parts catalog of SKUs and units, per-property stock levels, low-stock reordering, purchase orders and receiving, transfers between properties, and cycle counts. It brings industrial-CMMS inventory depth in a residential-native form.
Can I track stock per property?
Yes. Stock is tracked per property, each part with its own min, max, reorder point (par), and bin location. When on-hand crosses the reorder point, the part flags itself onto that property's Suggested Orders.
Does it handle purchase orders and receiving?
Yes. Low-stock Suggested Orders are grouped by vendor, so you raise one purchase order per supplier instead of a scavenger hunt. Send the PO, then receive against it — and on-hand updates as parts come in.
Can I move parts between properties?
Yes. Transfers move stock from one property to another, adjusting on-hand at both ends — so a part sitting unused at one site can cover a shortfall at another.
Does part usage tie back to work orders?
Yes. Consumption is tied to the work order that used the part. When a tech logs a part on a ticket or a turn, on-hand drops and the cost — using weighted-average costing — rolls onto that job, so the true cost of the repair is captured, not estimated.
