Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the FixGrid website located at www.fixgrid.app and the application located at app.fixgrid.app operated by FixGrid (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixGrid you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FixGrid is a property maintenance management platform providing work order ticketing, unit turn tracking, resident portal, and related modules to property management companies and their teams.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Active Development Period

During FixGrid’s active development period the platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added, or be removed. Early customers who have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FixGrid are additionally subject to the terms of that agreement. Resident users must acknowledge the early access disclaimer at account creation.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

• Subscription pricing is based on the rate in effect at the time of signup and as listed on our pricing page at www.fixgrid.app/pricing.html
• A per-unit monthly rate applies to units over 50, at the current tier rate listed on our pricing page
• One unit equals one rentable space regardless of property type
• White Glove Onboarding is an optional one-time service at $0.50 per unit with a $149 minimum
• Sales tax is applied where required based on your location
• Invoices are issued via Stripe
• Accounts with overdue invoices will receive in-app notifications. FixGrid does not immediately suspend access for payment delays
• We do not delete data for non-payment — access is suspended only

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription via the billing portal at app.fixgrid.app or by contacting [email protected] prior to your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FixGrid. We do not claim ownership of your property data, maintenance records, or resident information. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Misrepresent your identity or organization
• Use the platform to harass or harm residents or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law FixGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. No Warranty

The platform is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
