One property, or up to 300 single-family homes, on FixGrid for six months at no charge: FixGrid Professional, Grid Apogee and Grid Zenith. The founding property can be up to 300 units. A unit is any rentable door: an apartment or a single-family home.

$99/mo + $1.00 per unit over 50 for 24 months on every property you add, on the first 500 units, with list price above 500. Sales tax where it applies.
How billing works
  • One $99/mo base per company covers your first 50 units across all your properties. Each unit after that is $1.00/mo.
  • Your founding property is free for six months.
  • The founding rate is locked for 24 months, starting with your first paid invoice, on your first 500 units. Units above 500 are billed at list price.
  • List price is $2.00 per unit.
  • Sales tax where it applies.

Who is the Founding Customer Program for?
Operators with two or more properties. Single-property owners: book a 30-minute call.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is any rentable door: an apartment or a single-family home. The founding property can be up to 300 units: one property, or up to 300 single-family homes.
What does it cost?
A $250 setup deposit. It's credited to your first invoice, so it isn't a fee. Charged only after your application is accepted. Non-refundable once onboarding starts. Nothing else for six months on your first property. After that, $99/mo + $1.00 per unit over 50, locked for 24 months on the first 500 units, with list price above 500. Sales tax where it applies.
How long does setup take?
Setup is a live call with the founder: the property, its units, the team and the first PM schedules loaded together. You go live within 30 days of acceptance.
What happens after six months?
Month 5 is a decision call. At month 6 the first property moves to the locked rate with a card on file, or access ends and we send the export. Any other property can come on at the locked rate at any time, including during the six months.
What if it is not a fit?
Leave any time. No contract, and we send a full export of your records.
