Planned for Enterprise
Which plan is right for you?

Three honest answers.

You're escaping spreadsheets and sticky notes.
A small operator who needs tickets, turns, inspections, and a resident portal working tomorrow — without a procurement process. Start cheap, stay honest.
Starter
You run serious maintenance across a growing portfolio.
You want the whole machine — assets, inventory, utilities, contracts, SOPs, and the reports that prove the work. This is where most teams land, and what FixGrid was built to be.
Professional
You're nearing the 2,500-unit ceiling, or your owners ask hard questions.
You need SLAs in writing, a named success manager, full regulated-compliance logging, AI health scoring, and a partner who'll shape the roadmap with you.
Enterprise
Why Enterprise costs what it does
Same software. Different operational commitments.

The Enterprise tier isn't a more expensive version of the same thing. It's the same platform wrapped in commitments a large, regulated portfolio actually requires — and those commitments cost real money to deliver.

Reliability
SLA-backed uptime
Written availability commitments and the redundant infrastructure behind them — not best-effort. When hundreds of properties depend on the platform at 2 a.m., downtime isn't tolerable.
Assurance
Procurement-ready security
MFA, granular permissions, an immutable SYSLOG-1 audit trail, rate limiting, and a security-questionnaire answer pack ready for your owners' and insurers' diligence teams.
Support
A named success manager
A dedicated CSM who knows your portfolio, priority response, and an escalation lane — not a ticket in a shared queue behind larger accounts.
Scale
Built for your volume
Infrastructure scaled to enterprise data and concurrency, custom integrations, and priority input into what we build next. Per-unit pricing declines as you grow.
"I spent twenty years doing this work before I wrote a line of it. The price reflects what it actually costs to run a system your portfolio can trust at 2 a.m. — nothing more, nothing hidden."
George Herlth · Founder, FixGrid · 20-yr multifamily operator, FMP
Common questions

The pricing questions, answered straight.

How much does FixGrid cost?
Three plans, each a small monthly base plus a per-unit rate on units over the first 50. Starter is $49/month plus $1.25 per unit over 50; Professional — the recommended plan — is $99/month plus $2.00 per unit over 50; Enterprise is custom, with banded per-unit pricing that declines as you scale. Every plan is monthly, with no contract, and includes unlimited users, the mobile PWA, and the resident portal.
Is there a per-user or per-seat fee?
No. Every FixGrid plan includes unlimited users — there's no per-seat tax. Put your whole maintenance team, your office, and every resident on the system without watching the price climb as you add people.
What's the minimum — what does the smallest plan cost?
Starter starts at $49/month, which covers up to 50 units. Past 50 units you add $1.25 per unit per month. There's no setup fee, and the mobile PWA, resident portal, and unlimited users are included from the first dollar.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. FixGrid is billed monthly with no contract — you can cancel anytime. There's no annual commitment required and no setup fee.
What's included on every plan?
Unlimited users, the mobile PWA, and the resident portal are on every tier, along with core daily operations — tickets, make-ready and turns, inspections and preventive maintenance, the technician portal, MFA, granular permissions, and the audit log. Higher tiers add depth like full asset management, parts and inventory, utilities, contracts and vendor compliance, and AI property-health scoring. Full surface list on the platform page; security controls on the security posture.
When do I need Enterprise pricing?
Self-serve pricing runs up to 2,500 units. Above that — or when you need written SLAs, a dedicated success manager, full Grid Zenith and Grid Apogee included, custom integrations, and white-glove implementation — you move to Enterprise, where banded per-unit pricing declines with volume.
